Neither is it a luxury item .
It's a slope,
O YES A SLOPE !
The best gift that you can give your heart is walking up a slope for 25-30 minutes on a regular basis ( 3-4 times a week )
Sounds simple right ?
But if you do this regularly your heart will forever be grateful to you and will serve you longer and better.
It's as effective as spending long durations carrying out other much more stressful workouts.
