So much talk and thoughts about calories can be depressing so just look at reducing the amount of food you eat starting with dinner . Divide your normal portion into 4 parts and start by taking 1 part out today .
Once you are able to ” survive ” the reduction in the dinner over a 3-4 day period , we then proceed to look at your morning routine .
Drink water on waking up , if you can detox fine if not , just drink ordinary water on waking up …
start with a quantity you can tolerate .Check your diet for processed foods and soft drinks ….if they can’t be eliminated for now , let’s reduce them in quantity and frequency .
